After
My work is grounded in both professional training and lived experience.

Earlier in my life, I went through a period of significant personal struggle — including intense emotional pain, substance addiction, and being over 100 pounds overweight. That period forced me to confront something most people eventually discover: lasting change does not come from information alone. It comes from changing your relationship to emotions. I learned to transform emotions into fuel for actions aligned to my purpose.

What ultimately changed my life was an unexpected principle:
My life improved fastest when I focused on helping other people improve theirs.

My Philosophy
Help Your Team, Help Yourself

Through consistently pushing myself — physically, emotionally, and professionally — and through helping others do the same, I began to develop a method for personal growth and performance that is based on accountability, service, and expanding one’s capacity for discomfort and responsibility.
Â
On that journey, I earned multiple degrees in psychology, graduated at the top of my class in graduate school, built successful businesses and trading ventures, and, more importantly, built a life and family that I am deeply grateful for. I met my soon to be wife Jackie and have had the privilege of helping raise her two amazing daughters, and we are now expecting identical twin boys together.
Â
What I learned through all of this — personally, academically, and professionally — is that real change happens when people change the way they operate inside their relationships, their work, and their daily decisions.
Today, I work with individuals and leaders who want to:

-
Change patterns that have held them back for years
-
Increase their capacity for responsibility and pressure
-
Improve their relationships
-
Perform at a higher level professionally
-
Build a life that actually feels meaningful, not just successful
Â
My approach is practical, direct, and grounded in psychology, systems thinking, and real-world experience with the best companies in the world — not just theory.
Â
Because ultimately, most people don’t need more information.
They need a better system for change, accountability, and growth from someone who has lived it.
