Self-Regulation is a Force Multiplier

Often when I watch problems emerge in organizations, the identified issue is an illusion.

The origin of the problem is often the unprocessed excessive pressures that have accumulated for the leadership team.

Unchecked, they lead to:

compromised sleep,

compromised performance,

compromised decisions,

and eventually a problem emerges which is actually a symptom of the pressure.

That pressure is likely to continue to generate future scapegoat problems.

When the leadership team is pushed beyond their limit without adequate

resources to find emotional regulation,

there will always be a new problem of the day.
